Returns:
Please note that our product return/refund policy does not apply to the following items and these cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, accessories and promotional products.
Products that have been opened and/or worn, stained, washed, damaged or used by the consumer cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.
- Items must be returned within 3 days of the return address being communicated to you.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
- If the item is stained, washed, damaged or used, the return or exchange will be refused.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and accessories.
- Items marked as "non-returnable" and gifts cannot be returned.
- Please do not return your items directly to the address on the package you received as this is not our return address and this will affect the processing of your return.
- Attention: Please inspect your returns carefully before sending. We are not responsible for product returns.
If your purchased item is faulty or damaged, we will replace your item free of charge.

ATTENTION: Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal are sent by email to the company's customer service from 48 to 72 hours after the customer has received his package! Contact-us.
These requests must contain: certain personal data of the customer (surname; first name; telephone number; e-mail address; order numbers); the name of the recipient of the order and his delivery address; the date and place where the request to exercise the right of withdrawal is made.
Items for which the right of withdrawal can be exercised must be returned complete and in their original condition.
Under no circumstances will the Company refund the items if it is proven that the customer is in bad faith.

Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus outbreak, your refund may be slightly delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, thank you for your patience.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your package. The refund will be made on the means of payment used during the purchase.
NOTE: Delivery charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
